Frequently Asked Questions
-
Many of my clients are high-functioning adults who feel stuck in familiar relational patterns — repeating dynamics in partnerships, struggling with shame or self-criticism, managing anxiety or depression, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others. Often there is a history of attachment injury, family-of-origin complexity, or trauma that continues to shape the present.
You don’t need to have a clear diagnosis or a perfectly articulated goal. A sense that something isn’t working is enough.

Depth-oriented therapy looks beyond surface symptoms to the emotional and relational patterns underneath them. Together, we explore how early experiences, attachment patterns, and ways of protecting yourself developed — and how they may still be shaping your life today.
The goal is not simply to cope better, but to develop greater awareness, flexibility, and capacity for connection.

I offer online therapy only for adults located anywhere in Texas. Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you can meet from a private space that feels comfortable and convenient.
Many clients appreciate the consistency and flexibility of telehealth, especially during busy or transitional periods.

Individual therapy is $175 for a 50-minute session. Interpersonal process groups are $50–$75 for a 75-minute session.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a monthly receipt, often called a superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Because out-of-network benefits vary by plan, I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask what coverage is available for outpatient mental health services.

I typically work with clients on a weekly basis. Consistency creates safety and allows the work to deepen over time. A regular rhythm helps us build trust and continuity.
-
There is no fixed timeline. Some people come to therapy for a focused period of time, while others choose longer-term work to address deeper patterns and relational wounds. We revisit this together as we go.
-
Yes. I offer weekly individual therapy as well as ongoing interpersonal process groups for adults.
Group therapy offers a different opportunity to explore relational patterns in real time. Rather than only talking about experiences outside of therapy, we also pay attention to what unfolds within the group — moments of connection, hesitation, misunderstanding, and vulnerability. This can bring patterns into clearer view and create opportunities to try something different.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
